Scotland will forever hold a special place in my heart having been the site of my wedding. To visit much of Scotland, but especially the Isle of Skye, is like stepping back in time. Sadly with the overgrazing of deer due to no natural predators, much of the native woodlands struggle to produce new growth. This candle simply takes me back in time and fills my heart with love and happy memories.

ROSEMARY is one of my first plants in my garden, a plant surrounded by ritual, myth, symbolism and medicinal/cooking practical use. The English popular name for it is 'the herb of memory' and is often a symbol of love.

PATCHOULI ancient, old, magical, wild, earthy, natural…very much like the lands of Scotland…

LAVENDER purity, calm, grace, beauty, elegance, and serenity…the lavender plant is another one of my beloved plant allies always in my garden.
